As well as our regular game days every two weeks, we are also able to put on private events for individual groups, whether you’re a group of friends, work colleagues or a stag/hen do.

Availability

Private events will be available on Saturdays and non-walk on day Sundays between May and September each year, subject to marshal availability to run the day. Please contact the Club through Facebook, Instagram or email to enquire.

We have experience of putting on games for all types of people and are happy to tailor what we do to suit your group. Due to the nature of airsoft and to ensure that you get the best experience, we have a group minimum group size of 16, with a maximum of 24.

If you have a group smaller than this, then we would advise that you come along to one of our regular game days where you’ll be able to get the best out of the game.

The cost for a private event is £25 per person.

This includes gun hire, eye/face protection, camo gear and 3,000 rounds per person. We require a non-refundable deposit of £10 per player, two weeks before your event is due to be held. Deposits are taken only via Paypal.

If you have to cancel your event within 48 hours of your event, we will allow you to transfer your deposit to another date once. If you cancel the event a second time, the deposit will not be refunded and transferable.

Private events can be arranged for a Saturday or a Sunday when we are not hosting a regular game day and normally run for 4 hours, typically from 11am to 3pm however we can cater this to your needs.
